The HSE Advisor will be responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across the AMS1 Data Centre Project. The role ensures compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and industry best practices while promoting a strong safety culture on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HSE support and guidance to site management, contractors, and workforce.
- Monitor compliance with HSE legislation, company policies, and project-specific requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety walks; report findings and track corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and review of risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and safe systems of work.
- Lead or support incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and implementation of corrective measures.
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE training sessions.
