ERSG is recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering highways and infrastructure projects across the South West.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of highways and civil engineering projects
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and commercial targets are met.
- Support the development of new business opportunities and tender submissions.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners.
- Provide leadership and direction to project and site teams.
About You
- Proven Contracts Manager experience within highways or civil engineering.
- Strong track record delivering infrastructure projects and managing multiple schemes.
- Experience working under framework agreements and tender environments.
- Commercially aware with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- SMSTS and a full UK driving licence.
- Must have full UK working rights as this role does NOT offer sponsorship
