Lead and manage a claims team to deliver exceptional service. Oversee claim recording, phone inquiries, complaints, and payments. Ensure efficient, fair, and economical resolutions, meet targets, and maintain quality standards. Collaborate closely with Underwriting teams to execute propositions seamlessly. Always strive for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop a team of Claims Technicians with a focus on training, performance, and daily activities.
- Ensure customer phone interactions are professional, courteous, and efficient.
- Monitor communication standards to exceed expectations with customers and service providers.
- Set and manage team resources, collaborating with HR on recruitment.
- Oversee tasks, coach team members, and drive the achievement of operational targets.
