This is a hands-on role suited to a plumber who enjoys being on the tools and working across a varied portfolio of commercial sites. You'll be part of a growing mechanical team delivering plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance services to a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across commercial properties
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on domestic water services, sanitaryware, pipework and associated systems
- Installation, repair and replacement of plumbing systems and components
- Mechanical maintenance works within plant rooms and building services environments
- Supporting small works and minor project installations
- Completing all paperwork and compliance documentation accurately
- Providing a high standard of customer service at all times
Essential Requirements
- Served a recognised plumbing apprenticeship or equivalent
- Proven experience within commercial plumbing environments
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on domestic water systems, pipework, pumps, valves and associated plant
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willingness to work overtime when required
Desirable Requirements
- Commercial Gas qualifications (ACS)
- Experience working on commercial heating systems
- HVAC or broader mechanical services experience
- Any additional mechanical or building services qualifications
