A leading UK-based engineering business is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across the HVAC and building services market. This is a high-impact, senior-facing role focused on securing technically complex, high-value projects rather than volume-based sales. You will play a central role in shaping market strategy, developing key client relationships, and expanding presence across HVAC systems and long-term maintenance contracts.

- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within HVAC and building services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with end users, consultants, main contractors, developers, and key supply chain partners.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to tender submission and contract award.
- Develop and execute a structured sales and growth strategy.
- Target and win high-value projects across complex mechanical and building services solutions, including installation and long-term maintenance agreements.
- Represent the business at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
