This is a high-impact, senior-facing role focused on securing technically complex, high-value projects rather than volume-based sales. You will play a central role in shaping market strategy, developing key client relationships, and expanding presence across HVAC systems and long-term maintenance contracts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within HVAC and building services
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with end users, consultants, main contractors, developers, and key supply chain partners
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to tender submission and contract award
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including estimating, engineering, and operations to ensure technically robust and commercially viable solutions
  • Develop and execute a structured sales and growth strategy
  • Target and win high-value projects across complex mechanical and building services solutions, including installation and long-term maintenance agreements
  • Represent the business at client meetings, site visits, and industry events
