An established, multi-disciplinary HVAC contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join its mechanical division covering the North West. This is a hands-on role suited to a plumber who enjoys being on the tools and working across a varied portfolio of commercial sites. You'll be part of a growing mechanical team delivering plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance services to a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities

  • Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across commercial properties
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults on domestic water services, sanitaryware, pipework and associated systems
  • Installation, repair and replacement of plumbing systems and components
  • Mechanical maintenance works within plant rooms and building services environments
  • Supporting small works and minor project installations
  • Completing all paperwork and compliance documentation accurately
  • Providing a high standard of customer service at all times

Essential Requirements

  • Served a recognised plumbing apprenticeship or equivalent
  • Proven experience within commercial plumbing environments
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working on domestic water systems, pipework, pumps, valves and associated plant
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Good communication and customer-facing skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Willingness to work overtime when required

Desirable Requirements

  • Commercial Gas qualifications (ACS)
  • Experience working on commercial heating systems
  • HVAC or broader mechanical services experience
  • Any additional mechanical or building services qualifications
