This is a high-impact, senior-facing role focused on securing technically complex, high-value projects rather than volume-based sales. You will play a central role in shaping market strategy, developing key client relationships, and expanding presence across HVAC systems and long-term maintenance contracts. The business operates as a specialist, engineering-led provider with strong financial backing and national reach, delivering bespoke solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within HVAC and building services
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with end users, consultants, main contractors, developers, and key supply chain partners
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to tender submission and contract award
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including estimating, engineering, and operations to ensure technically robust and commercially viable solutions
- Develop and execute a structured sales and growth strategy
- Target and win high-value projects across complex mechanical and building services solutions, including installation and long-term maintenance agreements
- Represent the business at client meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
- Act as a senior ambassador for the business, reinforcing a reputation for technical excellence and bespoke delivery
Essential requirements:
- Proven track record in business development within HVAC, mechanical building services, or commercial heating
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and associated infrastructure

- Established network across consultants, contractors, and end users is highly desirable
