Due to continued growth, a leading Technical FM & HVAC specialist is looking to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join its expanding Service Division covering the Central belt on a full time permanent basis.
Working across a varied portfolio including luxury hotels, hospitality, student accommodation, large office buildings and retail environments, you will carry out planned maintenance, reactive breakdowns and fault finding on a wide range of commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems.

The Role:
- Service, maintenance and repair of commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems.
- PPMs and reactive breakdowns across split systems, multi-splits, VRV/VRF systems and associated HVAC plant.
- Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Carry out installation, commissioning and maintenance of AC equipment where required.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults across HVAC systems and associated controls.
- Carry out F-Gas compliance, leak testing and refrigerant handling in accordance with current regulations.
- Complete service reports, identify remedial works and provide reactive quotations where required.
What We're Looking For:
- Recognised apprenticeship or relevant Air Conditioning/Refrigeration qualification.
- Valid F-Gas Category 1 qualification.
- Strong fault-finding and servicing experience on commercial air conditioning systems.
- Experience working with split, multi-split and VRV/VRF systems.
- Good all-round HVAC and electrical fault-finding knowledge.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
