Complete ownership of the EMEA market. The freedom and financial backing to build something substantial. This isn't a role where you'll inherit a tired territory, manage a handful of existing accounts or be restricted by layers of management. You'll be joining an established global industrial technology business with ambitious expansion plans and a genuine appetite to invest in growth.

You’ll have the autonomy to identify the strongest markets, target major industrial organisations and lead high-value capital equipment sales across Europe. If you're an accomplished new-business hunter who can open doors, influence senior decision-makers and close complex deals, this is an opportunity to make a visible commercial impact and be exceptionally well rewarded for it.

What's on Offer?

  • £70,000 - £75,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped bonus and commission
  • Realistic OTE of circa £180,000
  • Car allowance
  • Contributory pension
  • Private healthcare
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Home-based position covering EMEA
  • Genuine freedom and autonomy to develop your market
  • Direct access to the senior leadership team
  • Full technical, commercial and product support
  • International travel and exposure
  • Excellent long-term career progression within a multinational organisation

The Opportunity:

This is a true strategic business development role with the freedom to build something substantial. You’ll take ownership of identifying the most commercially attractive sectors, geographical regions and target customers across EMEA before creating and executing a focused plan to convert them into long-term, high-value accounts. Rather than simply managing an existing customer base, you’ll be responsible for creating new opportunities, developing relationships with major industrial organisations and leading complex capital equipment projects from initial engagement through to contract award. The role offers high visibility across the wider group, genuine influence over commercial strategy and the opportunity to make a measurable impact within an ambitious and well-invested organisation.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record of winning new business within capital equipment, industrial machinery or complex engineered solutions
  • Experience selling into food processing, industrial gases, process manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, cold-chain, packaging, automation or a related industrial market
  • Evidence of successfully managing and closing high-value, complex sales cycles
  • A genuine new-business hunter who can create opportunities rather than wait for leads
  • The ability to systematically break down a large international territory and focus on the opportunities with the greatest commercial potential
  • A strategic, analytical and commercially driven approach
  • Confidence engaging with everyone from engineers and operational teams through to procurement directors and C-suite decision-makers
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • A self-motivated, entrepreneurial and results-driven personality
  • Willingness to travel throughout Europe for approximately 50% of the role
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with an additional European language advantageous

This is more than another sales position. It's an opportunity to take control of an international market, earn exceptionally well and build a highly visible career within a global organisation that has both the ambition and resources to support major growth. If you're currently delivering results in capital equipment or complex industrial sales but feel restricted by your earning potential, territory or lack of progression, apply now!
