Job Description
Due to continued growth, a leading Technical FM & HVAC specialist is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join its expanding Service Division covering Edinburgh and the East on a full time permanent basis.
Working across a varied portfolio including luxury hotels, hospitality, student accommodation, large office buildings and retail environments, you'll carry out planned maintenance, reactive breakdowns and fault finding on commercial gas and HVAC plant.

The
Role: Service, maintenance and repair of commercial gas appliances and HVAC plant.
PPMs and reactive breakdowns on boilers, water heaters, radiant tube heaters and warm air heaters.
Fault finding on commercial heating, plumbing, HVAC and basic electrical systems.
Maintenance of pumps, pressurisation units, valves, expansion vessels and associated plant.
Carry out gas safety inspections, health & safety compliance and reactive quotations.

ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications.
Strong fault-finding and servicing experience on commercial gas systems.
Good all-round mechanical knowledge (HVAC/plumbing experience advantageous).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
