Our client is a rapidly expanding labour supply agency/training provider.
Role & Responsibilities
Administration
* Liaising with the Contracts Managers
* Ensuring all open roles are advertised everywhere
* Dealing with all operatives applying for jobs
* Ensuring all operatives tickets/paperwork are in order
* Sorting out payroll details
* Inputting timesheets
* Taking calls from clients regarding bookings
Recruitment
* Searching for candidates from their system and job boards
* Importing candidates onto their in-house database
* Registering candidates
* Preparing CVs ready to be sent out to clients
* Importing documentation onto their in-house system
* Sending job specs to candidates
* Answering calls as and when positions are advertised
Experience & Skills
* Working in a target driven environment
* Excellent people communication and administration skills
* Confident telephone manner
* Self-motivated
* Hands on and can do attitude
