Role & Responsibilities

  • Administration
  • Liaising with the Contracts Managers
  • Ensuring all open roles are advertised everywhere
  • Dealing with all operatives applying for jobs
  • Ensuring all operatives tickets/paperwork are in order
  • Sorting out payroll details
  • Inputting timesheets
  • Taking calls from clients regarding bookings
  • Recruitment
    • Searching for candidates from their system and job boards
    • Importing candidates onto their in-house database
    • Registering candidates
    • Preparing CVs ready to be sent out to clients
    • Importing documentation onto their in-house system
    • Sending job specs to candidates
    • Answering calls as and when positions are advertised
