Our client is a rapidly expanding labour supply agency/training provider.
Role & Responsibilities
Administration
- Liaising with the Contracts Managers
- Ensuring all open roles are advertised everywhere
- Dealing with all operatives applying for jobs
- Ensuring all operatives tickets/paperwork are in order
- Sorting out payroll details
- Inputting timesheets
- Taking calls from clients regarding bookings
Recruitment
- Searching for candidates from their system and job boards
- Importing candidates onto their in-house database
- Registering candidates
- Preparing CVs ready to be sent out to clients
- Importing documentation onto their in-house system
- Sending job specs to candidates
- Answering calls as and when positions are advertised
Experience & Skills
