Our client is a trusted Waste Management Service with over 40 years of experience, operating in and around London, Essex and Kent. They are now looking for an Office Admin Assistant to join their team.

Role Description

This is a full-time permanent on-site role for an Office Admin Assistant located in Rainham. The Office Admin Assistant will handle various administrative tasks including answering phones, managing communications, assisting executives, checking invoices and performing clerical duties. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Experience in administrative assistance.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Answering calls promptly to help customers.

  • Taking bookings via telephone & e-mail.

Other

£12.21 per hour, £18.32 over time, £22.50 daily incentive. Hours of work – 8.00am – 6.00pm.
