A civil engineering company are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Health & Safety Manager to oversee and enhance the workplace safety programs. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a culture of safety within the organisation. The candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry which is essential. A good understanding of environmental health and safety (EHS) practices is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance within the construction industry.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
