Salary range £50k -60k depending on experience
Our client is looking for a Site Foreman to join their team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Experienced in general civils works, drainage, RC, earthworks, water & highways.
- Strong HSQE values including ensuring all risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are fully implemented and that operatives are wearing correct PPE.
- Document and report near-misses, accidents, and changing site conditions to management.
- Daily Briefings, Toolbox Talks, inspections.
- Ability to work with the wider project team.
- Ensure adequate manpower, materials, & plant equipment are available and organized on-site.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications for the site crew.
- Good record keeping, ability to solve problems, work to specification.
- Good communicator who can manage multiple gangs & develop younger members of the team.
- Submitting timesheets.
Additions to Salaries:
- 10% car allowance or company van/car.
- 3% 0- 6% pension contributions.
- Annual profit share bonus once 12 months are completed.
- 25 days’ annual leave including 7 at Christmas.
- 8 bank holidays.
