Northwest & Cumbria

Salary range £50k -60k depending on experience

Our client is looking for a Site Foreman to join their team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Experienced in general civils works, drainage, RC, earthworks, water & highways.
  • Strong HSQE values including ensuring all risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are fully implemented and that operatives are wearing correct PPE.
  • Document and report near-misses, accidents, and changing site conditions to management.
  • Daily Briefings, Toolbox Talks, inspections.
  • Ability to work with the wider project team.
  • Ensure adequate manpower, materials, & plant equipment are available and organized on-site.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications for the site crew.
  • Good record keeping, ability to solve problems, work to specification.
  • Good communicator who can manage multiple gangs & develop younger members of the team.
  • Submitting timesheets.

Additions to Salaries:

  • 10% car allowance or company van/car.
  • 3% 0- 6% pension contributions.
  • Annual profit share bonus once 12 months are completed.
  • 25 days’ annual leave including 7 at Christmas.
  • 8 bank holidays.
