The role of Accounts Administrator involves the following tasks.

Responsibilities

• Matching invoices to purchase orders.
• Checking invoices against plant returns.
• Approval of plant invoices.
• Dealing with queries with Suppliers.
• Raising of S/C Orders.
• Charging to sites.
• Dealing with Counter charges.
• Reconciliations of various reports.

Profile

• Strong IT skills.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team. and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Attention to detail.
• Consistent and disciplined attitude.
