ERS Education is recruiting qualified SEN Teachers for supply, long-term, and permanent positions across London. We place SEN teachers into a range of specialist settings including special schools, SEMH provisions, AP settings, and mainstream schools with SEN resourced units. What you will be doing:
- Planning and delivering high-quality, differentiated lessons to small classes of pupils with complex SEN
- Writing and reviewing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and contributing to EHCP reviews
- Working closely with TAs, LSAs, and therapists to deliver a holistic approach to each pupil’s needs
- Building strong, consistent relationships with pupils who may have experienced significant trauma or difficulties
