About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive SEND Hub in Stratford. This rewarding role involves supporting students with additional needs, including those who require personal care, alongside helping with learning, communication, and social development.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with SEND
*
Assist with personal care as needed
*
Encourage communication, independence, and engagement
*
Work closely with teaching staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
Skills & Experience Required:

Experience working with children or young people in school, care, or voluntary roles
*
Patience, resilience, and a positive, caring attitude
*
Confident xiskglj or willing to support personal care needs
*
Passion for supporting inclusive education
