Working as part of the Credit Control Team based in the Swansea office, this role offers an excellent opportunity to play a vital part in supporting ERS to manage premium payments accurately and efficiently.
The position includes targeted invoice collection, resolving complex premium queries, processing and reporting payments, and reconciling broker settlements in line with organisational procedures. You will work closely with Brokers, using your strong customer service skills to identify and resolve issues.
