Exciting opportunity for a Private Client lawyer with strong COP experience.
Client: A well-established firm with a strong client base in East Anglia, London and further afield.
Role: Advising clients on a wide range of Private Client matters but with a particular focus on Court of Protection and elderly/vulnerable client work. Working on matters including making/challenging COP applications, capacity assessments, care fee advice/challenges and shared housing arrangements. Manage and mentor junior lawyers. Play an active role in growing the practice.
You: Senior solicitor or Legal Director level. Strong experience in COP and elderly/vulnerable client work. STEP qualification / Lifetime Lawyer accreditation an advantage.
