Role: Advising clients across various sectors on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including tribunal matters/documentation. Drafting contracts, settlement/service agreements and workplace policy/procedures. Play an active role in business development activities.
You: NQ-6 years PQE with experience in employment law. Strong drafting and communication skills. Experience of supporting corporate transactions and advising on post-termination restrictions an advantage.
