- Manage a varied caseload of complex contested trust and estate matters.
- Play an active role in business development activities.
You:
- 3-8 years PQE solicitor or CILEX with experience in contentious probate and trust disputes.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Experience of mediation and alternative dispute resolution an advantage.
