Role
- Seeking a Corporate solicitor who can demonstrate commercial awareness.
- Providing a quality, tailored and supportive legal service to a range of high net worth clients based locally, in London and further afield.
- Responsible for managing a mixed caseload of M&A, reorganisations, shareholders agreements and PE/VC.
- Working in an encouraging environment and beautiful surroundings.
