Role
Our client is looking to hire a Contentious Trusts senior solicitor to lead and shape a team. Working closely with an established private wealth team to build and grow a dedicated contentious trusts practice. Leverage existing work and client relationships from the highly regarded private client team. Provide strategic leadership and expert advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. Play a key role in expanding the firm's reputation in complex trust disputes and related contentious matters.

- 8+ PQE
- Extensive experience in contentious trusts, disputes, and estate litigation
- Strong leadership and business development skills
