Our client is looking to hire a Contentious Trusts Partner to lead and shape a team, working closely with an established private wealth team to build and grow a dedicated contentious trusts practice.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leverage existing work and client relationships from the highly regarded private client team.
  • Provide strategic leadership and expert advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions.
  • Play a key role in expanding the firm's reputation in complex trust disputes and related contentious matters.

You should have:

  • 8+ PQE.
  • Extensive experience in contentious trusts, disputes, and estate litigation.
  • Strong leadership and business development skills.
  • Ambition to shape a new practice area within a supportive, dynamic firm.
  • Proven success in building strong relationships, winning work and a client following.
