Our client is looking to hire a Contentious Trusts Partner to lead and shape a team, working closely with an established private wealth team to build and grow a dedicated contentious trusts practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Leverage existing work and client relationships from the highly regarded private client team.
- Provide strategic leadership and expert advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions.
- Play a key role in expanding the firm's reputation in complex trust disputes and related contentious matters.
You should have:
- 8+ PQE.
- Extensive experience in contentious trusts, disputes, and estate litigation.
- Strong leadership and business development skills.
