Role:
- Dealing with a broad range of clients including private individuals, landlords, tenants, and larger organisations in contentious property matters affecting commercial, residential, and agricultural land.
- Running own matters as well as assisting more senior associates and partners with their cases.
- Advising transactional colleagues on difficult property issues arising.
- Interpretation and enforceability of restrictive covenants.
- Advising on private nuisance and trespass.
You:
- NQ - 4 years PQE in Property Litigation.
- Ability to deal with a broad range of clients.
- Excellent client relationship skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
