Role:
- Work on high-value construction projects mostly in the UK but also internationally, negotiating and drafting project documentation and contracts including all standard form contracts and bespoke arrangements.
- Work across sectors including health, care, education, sustainability and renewables as well as real estate, housing & accommodation, property investment and commercial property.
- Supervise and mentor junior colleagues.
- Play an active role in business development.
You:
- 6+ years PQE.
- Experience of a wide range of non-contentious construction matters including all standard form contracts.
- Experience with development, investors or housing and accommodation an advantage.
