Role:

  • Work on high-value construction projects mostly in the UK but also internationally, negotiating and drafting project documentation and contracts including all standard form contracts and bespoke arrangements.
  • Work across sectors including health, care, education, sustainability and renewables as well as real estate, housing & accommodation, property investment and commercial property.
  • Supervise and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Play an active role in business development.

You:

  • 6+ years PQE.
  • Experience of a wide range of non-contentious construction matters including all standard form contracts.
  • Experience with development, investors or housing and accommodation an advantage.
