Role:
- Support the team in its work acting for insolvency practitioners, lenders, companies, directors and creditors, learning from its market-leading expert Partners.
- Advise on a range of corporate and personal insolvency and restructuring matters.
- Undertake a mixture of restructuring, non-contentious and contentious assignments, focusing on business survival and maximising creditor realisations.
You:
- 2+ years PQE in insolvency and restructuring.
- Ambitious and driven with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to build client relationships.
