Are you an experienced construction solicitor seeking a new opportunity in a highly-regarded team within a top firm?

An established Construction team within a leading UK law firm.

Role
  • Take on a full and varied caseload of contentious construction matters in a supportive environment.
  • Work across a range of clients/sectors helping to manage and/or resolve their construction related disputes, which are often high value and complex cases.
  • Engage fully in business development and marketing opportunities and look to continue to develop and grow the team.
  • An ideal opportunity to develop your career and make the role your own, working closely with partners in this highly-ranked practice.
You
  • 6+ years PQE in construction law.
  • Knowledge of advising on potential disputes and disputes regarding the main industry standard form construction contracts (JCT, NEC etc.).
  • Experience of adjudication, litigation and/or arbitration.
  • Knowledge of methods of alternative dispute resolution.
