Role:

  • Primarily focussed on the commercial and transactional elements of the market, supporting technology sector clients.
  • From licensing and outsourcing agreements through to software, data and AI matters, this would be a broad role with an opportunity to define your own specialism.
  • Leading on strategic advisory matters across the market.
  • A clear mandate to grow the practice and a team of specialists.
