Role:
- Work on complex and high-quality matters relating to trusts, including establishment/registration and administration of trusts, estates and associated tax accounts.
- Providing clients with high quality and proactive legal advice that meets their needs.
- Manage your own caseload as well as overseeing and mentoring junior team members.
You:
- 10+ PQE in trusts and related matters.
- Strong track record of establishing and administering trusts.
- Commercially astute and strategic thinker.
