International commercial counsel opportunity for an experienced in-house lawyer. This role will be part of an international, high-performing legal team in a broad commercial role. The legal team plays a central role as business partner to support commercial, corporate, strategic and wider business operations internationally.
You will work closely with two senior lawyers and the wider legal team to support on a variety of commercial matters. Key responsibilities will include:
- Advising on commercial contracts across the business
- Supporting an international sales process across marketing, procurement and regulatory matters
- Providing legal support across a range of commercial initiatives
This role will sit within a collaborative team with supportive leadership, and would be well suited to previous in-house experience.
You:
- 6+ PQE (not strict)
- Previous in-house experience, ideally with an international, commercial setting
- Demonstrable experience with a breadth of commercial matters, ideally including sales support and procurement
- Pragmatic and commercially focused with excellent interpersonal skills
