The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Lawyer with a high level of technical knowledge as well as significant experience of corporate transactional work. Our client is open to considering lawyers of varying levels of PQE. The role can be based in any of our client's offices including Cambridge, Norwich, Milton Keynes and Northampton.

You will benefit from working with a range of clients including owner managed businesses, LLPs, partnerships, high net worth individuals, trusts, and some charities. Experience of employee benefits, VAT and/or SDLT will be an advantage. You will be CTA qualified and able to prioritise workload while working to tight deadlines, and be comfortable providing expertise across wider teams.

Work will also include corporate sales and restructurings, business investment, property transactions, and advice on employee benefits.
