Would you like to join a growing Tier 1 Planning team with an excellent client base? The role includes delivering high-quality legal services to clients, performance and risk management. A focus on delivering high-quality planning advice to local planning authorities, housebuilders, and development clients. Working with the leadership team from time to time, assisting in the design, delivery, and implementation of system changes, workflow, and process improvements. Being involved in business development activities to promote the office and the business as a whole.

You:

  • 5+ years PQE with well-developed knowledge in Planning, Environmental, and Compulsory Purchase law.
  • Active in marketing and business development to expand this area of work.
  • A flexible approach to work to ensure client deadlines are always met, with consistent and regular communication with clients.
  • Experience of Planning, Environmental, Highways, CPO, and Public Access law is preferred or a willingness to learn about these areas where there is no experience.
