Client: A busy Residential Real Estate team within a national firm who have built up an excellent base of HNWI clients.
Role:
- Advising on a wide range of residential property matters including sales, purchases, financing and developments.
- Acting for a range of clients including HNW individuals, landed estates, companies, developers and universities.
- Working with the firm's Private Client team on their clients' property-related matters.
You:
- 6+ years PQE.
- Proven success in high value residential property matters.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
