With the firm enjoying ongoing growth, this role will join a leading Cambridge practice.

Role

  • Working as part of a national team, and closely with local leadership, this role offers an opportunity to develop a commercial property practice with support
  • Having seen continued growth this long standing office offers a strong platform for a locally focussed, experienced Real Estate Partner
  • This role will be shaped around the experience and skillset of the incoming individual, and is an opportunity to join a growing national team with a broad regional reach without stipulation as to workload

You

  • An experienced Partner with considerable experience in a regional market, this role is suited to an individual looking for an opportunity to take ownership
  • Ideally 10+ PQE experience and commitment to developing the regional practice (working closely with the London and firm-wide practice).
  • Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and an ongoing interest in driving growth
  • Ideally experienced in team management and demonstrable capability developing a team
