Role
- Dealing with a broad range of clients including private individuals, landlords, tenants, and larger organisations in contentious property matters affecting commercial, residential, and agricultural land
- Running own matters as well as assisting more seniorlawyers with their cases
- Advising transactional colleagues on difficult property issues arising
- Interpretation and enforceability of restrictive covenants
- Advising on private nuisance and trespass
You
- 6+years PQE in Property Litigation
- Ability to deal with a broad range of clients
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Strong commercial acumen
