The Construction team advise on all aspects of construction and act for a wide range of clients, including contractors, sub-contractors, developers, funders, and individuals. They provide high-quality, commercial advice on all aspects of development, from the inception of a project through to its completion.
Role
- Running own matters as well as assisting others in the department with their cases.
- Delivering high quality, commercial advice to developers, main contractors, sub-contractors and construction professionals.
- Conduct meetings with clients both face to face and remotely.
- Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development.
You
- NQ-8+ PQE with grounding in Construction Law.
- Both contentious and non-contentious construction experience is preferred.
- Experience in contentious construction matters including experience of acting in adjudications and TCC work is required.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
