Role:
- Draft and negotiate project documentation and contracts including all standard form contracts and bespoke arrangements, with support as required.
- Work across sectors including health, care, education, sustainability and renewables as well as real estate, housing & accommodation, property investment and commercial property.
- Play an active role in business development.
You:
- NQ - 3 years PQE.
- Experience of working in a construction or housing team.
- Keen to develop knowledge of the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of standard form contracts an advantage.
