Role:
- Advise clients on issues including financial settlements, children matters and protective orders.
- Manage a caseload independently and support senior colleagues on more complex matters.
- Drafting legal documents, pleadings and correspondence.
- Preparing bundles for/attending court hearings.
- Playing an active role in business development.
You:
- 4+ years PQE with experience across a wide range of family law matters, including Family Law Act proceedings, financial remedies and children matters.
- Experience of pre- and post-nuptial agreements is desirable but not essential.
- Ambitious and keen to contribute to the team's growth.
