Opportunity for a 3-6 PQE solicitor to progress their career in a nationally recognised Corporate team in Ipswich with hybrid working.

Client: An expanding team within a leading, full service, UK law firm.

Role:

  • Advise on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, including international transactions, as well as investments, joint ventures, restructurings, shareholder agreements and corporate governance, across various sectors.
  • Draft and review legal documentation and undertake due diligence.
  • Manage a caseload with supervision from senior lawyers where appropriate.

You:

  • 3-6 years PQE with experience of corporate transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of company law.
  • Commercially aware, driven and with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of private equity, venture capital, capital markets and reorganisations is beneficial, but not a requirement.
