Role: To assist in the delivery of all aspects of commercial property work, including:
- acquisition and disposal of both freehold and leasehold premises
- investment portfolio management
- development sites
- property finance work
- landlord and tenant matters
- corporate support and other associated property issues
You:
- Ideally between 2-5 years PQE
- Knowledge of relevant law and legal principles
- Ability to manage your own caseload with some supervision from partners and senior associates
- Attend meetings and interviews with clients
- Attend business development events, cultivating new business
