Role:
- Advising clients on rural real estate transactions, estate management, tenancies and other matters, working closely with the Private Client team as appropriate.
- Drafting and negotiating agreements and documentation.
- Managing a caseload and supervising junior team members with support from the senior team.
- Actively participating in business development activities.
You:
- 3-6 years PQE in property / real estate law - mixed experience welcomed, rural property experience an advantage.
- Ambitious and driven with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong commercial acumen.
