Client: An award winning Top UK law firm, who provide a full range of legal services to organisations, business leaders and individuals.

Role:

  • Advising clients on rural real estate transactions, estate management, tenancies and other matters, working closely with the Private Client team as appropriate.
  • Drafting and negotiating agreements and documentation.
  • Managing a caseload and supervising junior team members with support from the senior team.
  • Actively participating in business development activities.

You:

  • 3-6 years PQE in property / real estate law - mixed experience welcomed, rural property experience an advantage.
  • Ambitious and driven with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
