Client: A well-established firm with a strong client base in East Anglia, London and further afield.
Role:
- Advising clients on a wide range of Private Client matters but with a particular focus on Court of Protection and elderly/vulnerable client work.
- Working on matters including making/challenging COP applications, capacity assessments, care fee advice/challenges and shared housing arrangements.
- Manage and mentor junior lawyers.
- Play an active role in growing the practice.
You:
- Senior solicitor or Legal Director level.
- Strong experience in COP and elderly/vulnerable client work.
- STEP qualification/Lifetime Lawyer accreditation an advantage.
