Client: A highly regarded and full-service regional law firm with a strong commercial litigation practice.

Role: A Dispute Resolution team which is recognised nationally and internationally and with several leading individuals. Working closely with the firm’s senior partner on large and/or complex disputes as well as running your own caseload with supervision as appropriate. The team advises and represents clients across a full range of dispute resolution matters, including:

  • Advising on commercial disputes
  • Contractual advice/disputes
  • Partnership/shareholder disputes
  • Professional negligence claims

You: 4+ years PQE in Dispute Resolution, excellent technical knowledge (or a desire to develop this), and the ability to build strong client relationships.
