They provide high-quality, commercial advice on all aspects of development, from the inception of a project through to its completion. Role Running own matters as well as assisting others in the department with their cases Delivering high quality, commercial advice to developers, main contractors, sub-contractors and construction professionals Conduct meetings with clients both face to face and remotely Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development You NQ-8+ PQE with grounding in Construction Law Both contentious and non-contentious construction experience is preferred. Experience in contentious construction matters including experience of acting in adjudications and TCC work is required Excellent client relationship management skills.
