They provide high-quality, commercial advice on all aspects of development, from the inception of a project through to its completion. Role Running own matters as well as assisting others in the department with their cases Delivering high quality, commercial advice to developers, main contractors, sub-contractors and construction professionals Conduct meetings with clients both face to face and remotely Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development You 8+ years PQE Both contentious and non-contentious construction experience is preferred. Experience in contentious construction matters including experience of acting in adjudications and TCC work is required Excellent client relationship management skills.
