Client: An international agricultural manufacturing organisation.
Role: Legal support across key areas with a focus on compliance related tasks/projects including policy writing/risk assessment. Help ensure a high level of integrity, compliance and governance across the business. Work across a wide range of matters including M&A with support from the General Counsel.
You: 2-5+ PQE with a commercial law background. Able to manage own responsibilities independently. Excellent communicator.
